Returns and Refunds

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
The item must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags/packaging intact.

To start a return, contact us at support@getmontclaire.com with your order number.

Refund Process

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
We process refunds within 5–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item).
Return shipping costs are your responsibility (except in cases of error on our part).

Exceptions (Non-Refundable Items)

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Digital downloads, gift cards, or software

  • Final sale items (clearly marked as such)

Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at  support@getmontclaire.com.
We will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
